Actor Sonam Kapoor Ahuja has announced her eagerness to return to filmmaking after a break that saw her embracing motherhood. The actor, who gave birth to her first child, a baby boy named Vayu, in August 2022, will be next seen in Sujoy Ghosh’s upcoming film “Blind”. Kapoor told PTI, “It’s been a nice break. I’ve been doing this since I was so young, but I now want to come back and start getting into things again.”
“Blind”, directed by Shome Makhija, is an action-thriller that centers around a blind police officer in search of a serial killer. Kapoor said she is excited for people to see the film, which has Ghosh as the creative producer.
In addition to her upcoming film, the actor also spoke about her decision not to share pictures of her son on social media platforms. Kapoor said, “I don’t think till he’s grown up (on sharing pictures). In fact, (it’ll be) when he decides himself.”
Sonam Kapoor is known for her acting skills and has been a part of several critically acclaimed and commercially successful films. Her fans are excited to see her back on the big screen after a break and her upcoming film “Blind” is expected to be a thriller that will keep audiences on the edge of their seats.
